Raindrops....
....are coming this way.....
what? u'll say if you are living in S.E. Asia but in Israel its a different story.
It hasn't been raining for months! maybe 6 months or more. So on Saturday morning, I was awoken by a pleasant surprise of the sound of splattering raindrops. Rain comes down hard and fast! its not fun to walk in the rain here....almost painful when its a heavy rain.
Anyways.. it was great to see the rain again (especially since i was keeping dry and cozy at home) , it keeps Haifa clean... and i could see the other side of the bay. But come winter, i'll be cursing when i get drenched =P

You're lucky that you were woken up by the rain! I was busy sending poor Shingo out to Supersol in the rain to buy fruit!! It was really nice though, the first rain...but I agree, In the middle of January I'm sure we'll be singing a different tune :)
