Dim Sum time! Last month, a bunch of us got together and each one contributed a dim sum dish. we were very full and very happy. All these friends here of course love dim sum. See the egg tarts on the table in a muffin tray? Nancy and I made them. So when u can't get egg tarts, ask me for the recipe =) YUM Posted by Hello

100g cream cheese
100g butter, softened
1 ½ cups flour
2 eggs
1 ¼ cups milk
¼ cup sugar

PREPARATION
Mix the cream cheese and butter together, then mix in the flour.


For the filling beat the eggs, then add milk and sugar and mix together.

Preheat the oven to 350 deg. Fahrenheit. Grease 12 muffin tins. Divide the dough and press into tins. Pour custard in each shell, fill just below top.

Bake about 20 minutes or until the shell is lightly browned and the custard is firm.

The egg tarts taste best warm.
